    Inside Sales Coordinator

    Job Summary
    As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing vital support to ensure the success of our sales initiatives. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and assist in achieving sales targets. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual, we want to hear from you!

    Job Responsibilities:
    ● Achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly sales target.
    ● Fast respond to customer’s feedbacks/enquiries.
    ● Timely prepare & send out quotations and closely follow up for renewal.
    ● Assist in preparing tender documentation, etc.
    ● Update reports and customer’s information to Database.
    ● Call existing or potential customers to generate sales leads.
    ● Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
    Job Requirements:
    ● Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Computer Science, IT or Network Security
    would be an added advantage)
    ● Previous experience in sales coordination or support roles is preferred. Fresh
    graduates are welcomed to apply (training will be provided).
    ● Basic knowledge in general IT & network security solutions would be an added
    advantage.
    ● Customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
    ● Good communication and negotiation skills.
    ● Language: English, BM (able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage

    Senior Product Manager

    Requirements:
    ● Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Study
    or equivalent
    ● At least 5 years of working experience in ICT Network Security Industry, preferably with
    technical knowledge
    ● Good communication and interpersonal skills
    ● Result oriented, resourceful, independent and dynamic
    ● Possess strong presentation, planning, organizing and analytic skills
    ● Motivated and withstand high working pressure
    ● Proven sales track record will be an added advantage
    ● Able to work independently with minimise supervision

    Responsibilities:
    ● Set direction for the brand and all aspects of marketing.

    ● Conceptualize and develop brand and product strategic.
    ● Develop yearly marketing and brand development plan.
    ● Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing plans, programs, operations and
    activities according to stipulated timeline – ensuring quality of brand, product, promotion,
    advertising, event and public relationship management.
    ● Manage brand profit and loss budget to deliver profit and sales target.
    ● Develop effective pricing strategy and understands the impact of pricing and costing of profit
    and loss.
    ● Responsible to analyse, forecast and project monthly production / ordering volume and
    ensure the right level of inventory to prevent out of stock situation.
    ● Analyse competitor’s strategy and to plan necessary steps in managing completion.
    ● Identifying and assessing the potential of new product development together with
    immediate superior and lead in the development of new product.
    ● Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new principals, strategic accounts.
    ● Engagement and cultivation of strong rapport with partners and vendors.
    ● Communication effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    ● Any other task assigned from superior from time to time.

    Presales Consultant

    Job Summary
    The Presales Consultant is to provide professional presales technical support to our Channel Sales team including conduct the site survey, presentation, proposal, etc. in promoting our ICT product solution to our new and existing customers.

    Job Requirement
    • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Networking or equivalent
    • Certification : Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS
    • Preferable 3-5 years working experience in pre/post sales in ICT industry with network security working experience will be an added advantage.
    • Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.
    • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team
    • Hardworking, initiative and self-motivated with positive working attitude.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel (perform outstation works whenever needed)
    • Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
    • Attractive commission scheme will be provided.

    Job Responsibility
    • Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers on ICT networking & security solutions.
    • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
    • To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements.
    • To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
    • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally.

     

    Channel Sales Manager

    Job Requirements

    · Preferably specialized in IT / Computer - Network / Security or equivalent
    · Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong (nearby Bandar Puteri LRT Station)
    · Training & coaching will be provided

    During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas
    · Assist in system configuration, testing, implementation and application support
    · Assist in troubleshooting on problems pertaining to system implementation, integration and deployment
    · On site installation & setting up network, server and migration, etc.

    ● Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) of the product account.
    ● Understand market trends and working closely with Marketing Team to develop
    strategic marketing program.
    ● Work out competitive pricing and strategy to win the deals.
    ● Involve in tender process and quotation.
    ● Forecast and project monthly production / ordering volume of stock.
    ● Build and maintain good relationship with principals.
